May is Water Safety Awareness Month - Move swim lessons from optional to essential 🏊‍♂️🐡👏

Let this be your push to keep your kids safe in the water this summer (and beyond) by enrolling in swim lessons. It's never too early to start water comfort and safety and never too late either!

Goldfish instructors move at the pace of your child and are always prioritizing a safe approach before swim techniques.

The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends swim lessons for all children starting at age 1, but you can teach a baby as young as four months to start building a love and respect for the water 💦 🧡

It's strawberry 🍓 season! And has the BEST strawberries around with the juiciest berries as big as your hand.

But there's also animals 🐐 for feeding, a giant strawberry 🍓 bounce pad for jumping, trikes for racing, a huge tunnel slide, live 🎶 music, food trucks, a beer 🍺 garden for adulting and so much more!

Plus riding the 🚜 to pick your own juicy berries really is the most fun family experience.

Here's a few tips:

🔺Wear boots! Even if it's not rainy, there will be lots of squishy berries under foot.
🔺Make sure to grab a strawberry lemonade from the bakery stand (and probably a cookie too!)
🔺Buy food to feed the animals, it's so much fun! But don't give your little one the entire cup or the animals WILL steal it!
🔺Pre-order your tickets online to be sure you snag the time slot you want! Berry picking is included with strawberry fest tickets.
🔺2 and under are FREE!!

You won't believe how cute this place is 🧸🌼

Isla girl and I recently stumbled upon the CUTEST playplace in Alexandria, KY. If you are a tri-state local parent, believe me when I say I've been everywhere and this one was SOME GOOD 👏

Little themed play areas throughout the entire play space with so much attention to detail that they even had their own matching themed books in each space 📚

All of the areas are sponsored by local businesses so the "Country Heart Florist" is an actual florist across the street from A-town and they donated the materials to create the mini play shop 😍🌸

Even joined in to create a fully functioning grocery shopping space, complete with mini carts, checkout station and reusable shopping bags 🍓👏

It's just $15 to play as long as you'd like and they even have a coffee/dirty soda menu AND plenty of snacks and hot food to keep your energy going!

Let's go to the theater 🎭✨ The Emery Theater and The Children's Theatre of Cincinnati are now showing an absolute work of art: How to Train Your Dragon- The Musical Jr.

📅 Dates: April 17th- May 3rd
🎟️ Tickets: starting at just $12 and available at thechildrenstheatre.com
🕑 Time: 60 minutes (quiet room available on lower level if you need a break away while still getting to watch the show)
📍 Location: The Emery Theater
🤔 Good to know: this production uses theatrical fog, haz, flashing lights, sound effects & lifelike dragons

My kids (4 & 7) loved it so so much and weren't at all nervous and my oldest is begging to go back and see it AGAIN before it ends! 🥹🫶🏻
