I’m still trying to figure out if Carnival’s new Zero Proof package is a good deal at $29.99 per person, per day. My go-to drink is $5.50, so for me I think I’ll still go a la carte, bc I sure as heck am not drinking SIX of these a day. I’m still glad they’re offering it, though.

What do you think?

Edited to add: for folks who haven’t heard, this is the new package carnival announced a few days ago, that offers more than just the soft drink package (Bubbles)… this one includes shakes, coffees, energy drinks, and most mocktails. Basically, it includes most of the non-alcohol drinks.

This week’s goody is my favorite beach bag, that I’ve made good use out of in Bermuda. Why? It’s waterproof, and LOCKABLE!

I hate renting lockers at the beach, and most spots don’t have them anyway, so this keeps my stuff secure(ish) because I lock it to my beach chair.

I’ve been to many Caribbean islands, and I don’t think I’ve ever seen more pristine beaches than those here in Bermuda. Sadly, I learned what I suspected, which is that the sand here isn’t really pink… but WOW it is gorgeous!

It was windy today, so we walked along the beach, but swam in the pool, and explore a bit more of the island, including a stop at the famous Glass Beach.

I also thought Glass Beach would be a lot of Instagram filtered hype, but it lived up to its name and reputation. While this isn’t a beach you want to visit for a beach day, it’s worth a stop to admire the glass rock in abundance there. Just be sure to leave it there.

I totally get now why they call this place Bermudaful. 🥰

MSC... love them or hate them, you've got to admit they've made great headway in the US cruising market!

I love most cruise line private islands, and Royal Caribbean's is a great one. Perfect Day at CoCoCay has a ton of bells...

I love most cruise line private islands, and Royal Caribbean's is a great one.

Perfect Day at CoCoCay has a ton of bells and whistles, and while some of these cost extra, it's still a great spot for a truly free beach day. I also appreciate that the drink package and Wifi packages work here, and there's a ton of free food options on site, too.
