🔥 The Ohio Cannabis Expo ( ) delivered.

A huge shoutout to Anthony Riley ( ) and Ohio Cannabis Live for putting together an event that truly brought the Ohio cannabis community together.

From the vendors and brands, to the speaker panels, networking opportunities, education, advocacy, and community engagement, the Ohio Cannabis Expo was everything it promised to be and more.

The energy was high all weekend. The conversations were meaningful. The community showed up.

We had the opportunity to hear from passionate voices across the industry, connect with advocates, entrepreneurs, patients, and community leaders, and witness firsthand the continued growth of Ohio’s cannabis movement.

Special appearances from Blind Fury, ( ) former NFL player Sean Smith, and many other influential voices added even more excitement to an already incredible weekend.

For us, it was an honor to serve as a media partner and document the people, stories, and experiences that made this event special.

One year ago, we launched OH-HighYo! Media.

What started as an idea has turned into a year filled with conversations, road trips, podcasts, documentaries, magazine issues, community events, new friendships, and unforgettable experiences.

Over the past year, we’ve had the opportunity to travel across Ohio, all the way to California! Meet incredible people, hear powerful stories, document cannabis culture, and build relationships throughout the community.

We’ve visited museums, covered expos, interviewed advocates, entrepreneurs, patients, artists, and educators, launched our magazine, expanded our team, and continued growing one conversation at a time.

Most importantly, we’ve learned that this movement is about people.

To everyone who has appeared on our platforms, supported our content, partnered with us, shared a post, subscribed to the magazine, watched a video, listened to a podcast, or simply encouraged us along the way...

One of the most powerful parts of this journey has been seeing the history up close.

Last year, OH-HighYo! Media was invited out to Athens, Ohio by the Cannabis Museum to spend the weekend learning, documenting, and hearing firsthand stories connected to the long and complicated history of cannabis in America.

From rare artifacts…
to conversations with people who lived through different eras of prohibition and advocacy…
to seeing how the culture evolved over time…

It was bigger than cannabis.

It was history, community, resilience, and storytelling.

This moment right here was from inside the museum standing under the “Weed City Limit” sign 🌿

The Ohio Cannabis Health & Business Summit ( ) continues to be one of the major spaces bringing together professionals, entrepreneurs, advocates, brands, patients, and voices from across the cannabis industry here in Ohio.

We had the opportunity to attend and cover OCHBS last year, and we’re looking forward to being back in the building again this year.
