This week, Italian cuisine was officially recognized by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, the first national cuisine in the world to receive this honor.
What’s being celebrated isn’t just the dishes themselves. It’s the early-morning markets, the traditions passed from grandparents to grandchildren, the way families gather around the table, and the deep connection between food, land, and identity.
It’s everything that makes Italian cooking feel like home.
At our restaurants, we get to share this heritage every day, through handmade pastas, seasonal ingredients, and the rituals that turn a meal into a memory. It’s an honor to keep these traditions alive here in Cincinnati.
