Yesterday was the first day at the Mortar Entrepreneurship Academy. It was inspiring to connect with fellow entrepreneurs, and share our journeys.

These next 15 weeks are about to be challenging, but I’m looking forward to it cause I know the growth will be MAJOR! 😤✨

If you follow me on IG, you've probably seen these photos. But I recently handpainted the canvas background, and hated it. I just couldn't see the vision.

Manzi came to the studio, and of course, chose this background to work with. These photos are amazing.

Just another reminder that what I may see as a rough sketch could be the masterpiece waiting to be painted.

I must say, I'm proud of my musician friends and loved seeing their Spotify Wrapped on social media. However, I felt like I was missing out. Rarely do I take a step back to realize the growth my business has made.

So, I decided to gather my '23 'stats' and do the same for myself as a photographer. I'm proud of my achievements. I could go on and on, but ultimately, I just want to say thank you to everyone who supported me in 2023 (and prior). We are aiming for bigger and better things in the next year.

I’ve been full time photo for a little over 6 months. I didn’t plan for this moment, I was sort of forced into it. But what I’ve realized is the past three years of what I thought of as failure prepped me for this moment. I can’t even begin to tell you how many interviews, applications I went through. The continuous obstacles can really start to wear down on a person.

Within the past 6 months I’ve added Nike, Coke, J. Crew, Columbus Zoo, Nice Kicks, City Gear, and other well known brands to my client list. I have no plans on slowing down. This post is me taking a moment to celebrate my hard work over the past few years and to thank all of y’all who continue to support me.
