Meet your massage therapist…

Hey! I’m Terra, a local and the owner of Calm & Co.

I’ve worn quite a few hats throughout my life. I’m an Air Force veteran, where I served for over 10 years in sheetmetal—basically a modern-day Rosie the Riveter. 💪🏻 I repaired the bodies of aircraft, and one of the highlights of my military career was earning Airman of the Year where I got to fly in an F-16. ✈️

My massage therapy journey actually began over 20 years ago while I was stationed in Washington. When the Air Force transferred me to Texas, I had to put that dream on hold—but I never let it go.

I left the military when I became a momma. My kiddos are THE BEST and my reasons for doing what I do.

Along the way, I became a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), working in both hospital and school settings. I also spent about five years teaching here in Cisco before finally coming full circle and completing my massage therapy education and licensure.

Now, here I am!

I’ve officially been serving clients for two years, and this little business has become so much more than I ever imagined. Every role I’ve had has shaped how I care for you today. Whether it’s my medical background, teaching, or military service, I’ve poured those experiences back into creating a space where you can truly relax, heal, and feel cared for.

I know Calm & Co. will continue to grow and evolve, and I’m so grateful you’ve chosen to be part of that journey.
