Watching the house get brought in was exciting but also stressful. The trees definitely gave some issues even though everything was checked several times.

TODAY IS THE BIG DAY!

We knew at at the beginning of the year that we wanted to buy a home this year. After searching ourselves and then having a realtor (who was great) we decided to go the route of property with a new manufactured home. We started this official process in April and closed in June. After the home is delivered, it will still be another 30-45 days until we can move in, as long as everything goes well.

This was the right choice for us to buy a home this year. With our family size and wanting some property, not in a subdivision, the homes were over half a million dollars. We cannot wait to get settled into our new home.

So far we are on schedule to have our new manufactured home delivered tomorrow to our property!
A manufactured home may not be the route for everyone, but it definitely is what made the most sense for us here in Florida.
I will happily be the Queen of my 5bd/3b 2400sqft doublewide on 2 1/2 acres 🤘😘
