Today was special. A beautiful day of giving back.

We teamed up with Andi and the crew at E Works to hand out Christmas trees to families who needed a little extra joy this season — and honestly, it reminded me why I love what I do.

Real estate, our tree farm, this community… it’s all connected. It’s about relationships. Showing up. Leaving people better than you found them.

Will the Fed Cut Rates in December?

Everyone’s asking, but the answer is still uncertain.

Right now, markets are giving about a 60% chance the Fed won’t cut rates at the December 9–10 meeting.

The delay in economic data from the government shutdown has created a “data fog,” so the Fed is being cautious.

Some Fed officials say they need clearer proof that inflation is dropping before cutting again.Others believe another cut is still needed.

Bottom line: Nothing is guaranteed yet — upcoming economic reports could shift things quickly.
