The latest entry in the legendary Scream franchise delivers a thrilling and surprisingly clever installment that longtime fans will enjoy.

The acting across the board is strong, with the cast bringing believable emotion and tension to every scene. The performances help ground the film even when the story begins to play with some wild ideas.

One of the most interesting elements is the use of AI within the story. Early in the film, it appears that classic killer Stu Macher may somehow be returning, along with images and references to past Ghostface killers. The movie plays with this idea in a way that keeps the audience guessing. Is it just AI manipulation… or could there be something more going on? That mystery becomes one of the film’s most intriguing hooks.

The storyline overall works well and keeps the tension high. However, the ending could have benefited from a stronger build-up to a final act.

That said, the movie is still a great watch and easily one of the better entries in the franchise. It blends classic Scream-style suspense with modern themes, making it feel both nostalgic and fresh.
