What I’d tell you to do if you wanted to see progress in 30 days!

These are some of the 1 month transformations from girls inside my coaching who stopped guessing and started following a plan built for their body !

Structure
Progressive overload
Protein targets that support muscle
A calorie deficit that isn’t extreme

My girls don’t just “work out more.” They train with intention, stop under-eating and over-snacking, hopping between random workouts, and learn what their body actually responds to !!

Food takes up space. Water takes up space. Muscles relax. Hormones fluctuate. Your body responds exactly as it’s supposed to !

And if you’re feeling puffy or inflamed today, checking the mirror every five minutes won’t solve it !!
Staring at your stomach won’t calm digestion or reduce inflammation

Your body is allowed to change throughout the day.
Your worth is not measured by how long you can hold onto morning definition. Or what your 10pm looks like compared to someone’s 9am !

functioning bodies will never look the same from sunrise to sunset and that is a good thing 🤍

👇🏼 let’s cut the fluff (literally)

✨You’re not plateauing, you’re just doing the same weight you’ve done for the last 6 months. Progressive overload is not a suggestion, it’s the assignment !!

✨You think you’re eating a certain amount of calories... but you forget the lattes, handful of nuts, and the random snacks while cooking. It adds up and your body is keeping the receipts

✨The toned, tight, sculpted look you want comes from muscle pushing against low enough body fat. Not from crazy cardio, cutting carbs, and definitely not from being scared of lifting heavy !

✨Your bloating isn’t because you “need a detox.” It’s because you’re not eating real food, eating too much & too quickly, drinking 2 protein shakes and 3 iced coffees. Fix the basics first!

✨You’re not stuck. You’re just doing 17 different things half-heartedly instead of committing to the things that actually work: lifting, proper nutrition, eating enough protein, daily movement, and longer consistent sleep

✨Lifting weights won’t make you manly. But doing donkey kicks with 3lb weights won’t grow your glutes either

✨Your rest days aren’t killing your progress. Your “I’ll start again Monday” mindset is
