In 2018, cornetist/composer Bobby Bradford was commissioned by the Baseball Reliquary to write a suite of music celebrating the life of the great Jackie Robinson in honor of his centennial. Now, over a year after this wonderful recording was released but available only to the members of the Baseball Reliquary, Bobby has allowed Cryptogramophone to release it to the general public on Bandcamp!
Stealin Home was made possible by support from Los Angeles County Arts and Culture, and the Baseball Reliquary.

If you're looking for expert printers and vinyl or CD pressing, I recommend Monotype most highly. These guys really know what they're doing, and their quality can't be beat. And if you're looking for things like high-quality paper, special coatings and Pantone colors, these guys can do it no questions asked. Yes, they're in Poland, but they ship FEDEX and it's still a much better deal than the usual suspects in the US.

Tomorrow will be 2 weeks since Buddhist teacher, poet and peace activist Thich Nhat Hanh transcended this physical realm. Composer/percussionist Alex Cline composed an epic 2CD piece for his 13 member Flower Garland Orchestra featuring his twin brother Nels Cline, Yuka C. Honda, G.E. Stinson, Areni Agbabian, Miguel Atwood-Ferguson, Jeff Gauthier and many others. The work draws inspiration from four poems by Buddhist teacher Thich Nhat Hanh, as well as excerpts from the Buddhist text known as the Avatamsaka Sutra.
