Our Story

Hello everyone and thanks for visiting my page. I’d like to tell you a little about myself and how this design journey began for me.

My name is Leah, I’m a single mom and I had 2 sons, Gage and Sean. Unfortunately, my oldest son Sean was taken from us way too soon and now it’s just me ,Gage and and our 5(yes 5) ferrets. After losing Sean, I began making flip flops and hair bows as a way to occupy my time and it was how I dealt with grief. In 2014, I started making a few wreaths as a hobby and totally fell in love with wreath design. In the Spring of 2015, my youngest son Gage was diagnosed as a Type 1 Diabetic. His diagnosis was completely out of blue. He’s a thriving Type 1 but as a mother, you know I will always worry.

I truly do pour my heart into every design I create. Wreath design and bow making are how I deal with the worry and grief in my life. I know this is a heavy subject but it’s a HUGE part of my story. I feel like perspective is a super power and that my design journey is how God is replacing my tragedy with triumph. Thanks for reading
