Clark’s Green received 2.11 inches of rain from tropical storm Fay. That’s just under one tenth of an inch shy of the entire rainfall Clark’s Green received in the whole month of June.

The outer edge of tropical storm Fay will hit NEPA today. Rain is in the forecast from 2 pm to 2 am tomorrow morning for Lackawanna county. Flash Flood watches are in effect for most counties to the east of Lackawanna including Wayne, Pike, and Monroe.
