I feel this man has done a aweful job supporting the needs of the citizens.

They are supposed to have the citizens beat interest in mind.
But from what I've seen he only has mayors rieder best interest in mind not the ones who own this public utility. Because the citizens of Clarksville own that utility not the mayor, not Jack Duncan, not John Lester and certainly not Barry Sellers

I seen a citizen say during a city council meeting can I say something, and just like what they done to me, mayor David Rieder automatically said no! We're moving on..
