Game day weekend is here, and with the National Championship game on Monday, wings are officially on the menu.
Grab your wings while we have them and try them two easy ways, depending on how you’re cooking:
Fryer Method
1️⃣ Pat wings dry and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
2️⃣ Lightly coat with flour or your favorite seasoned breading.
3️⃣ Fry at 350° until golden, crispy, and cooked through.
4️⃣ Toss in your favorite sauce or serve as-is with ranch or blue cheese.
Air Fryer Method
1️⃣ Pat wings dry and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
2️⃣ Air fry at 380° for 24–28 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
3️⃣ Sauce them up or enjoy them plain with your favorite dip.
