Choosing LOCAL, the heart of our city!! We support LOCAL spots to EAT, SHOP & PLAY & share with you! Hello and welcome to LOCAL Clarksville! The positive.
We are thrilled that you have chosen to join us in our community. Whether you are a resident or just visiting, we want to ensure that you have the best experience possible. LOCAL Clarksville is a vibrant and diverse city with a rich history and a wide range of activities and attractions to explore. From our charming downtown area filled with unique shops and restaurants to our beautiful parks and
outdoor recreational opportunities, there is something for everyone here. We also have a thriving arts and culture scene, with galleries, theaters, and live music venues showcasing local talent. Our community is known for its warm and friendly atmosphere, and we encourage you to get involved and connect with your neighbors. Whether you are looking for information on local events, recommendations for the best places to eat, or simply want to learn more about our city, we are here to help. Thank you for choosing LOCAL Clarksville, and we hope you have a wonderful time discovering all that our community has to offer. Let's set out some ground rules so we all know how to play.
1.) Let's be nice to each other. :) It's the only way this whole thing is going to work. And it's a basic skill we learned way back in elementary school. So we like the mantra Be Kind whenever possible. And we think it's most always possible.
2.) Be respectful of our local businesses. It's a tough world running your own business. Collectively we could write a book on the DON'Ts of business and the hard knocks....but we are trying to highlight the DO's. We appreciate your experiences but we are not managment. So let's keep the bashing to a minimum. We're trying to have FUN here. And bashing is the opposite of FUN for us. That's not to say your honest opinion will be squashed or suppressed. But there is an acceptable way to voice that opinion. And a way that is not so cool. We reserve the right to remove comments & images that we deem counterproductive to our mission as a whole. But we don't want to so please refer back to rules 1 & 2. :) And that's it. Enjoy and always remember to Think LOCAL First!

Hey Clarksville friends 👋! It’s finally that time of year when the air smells like cinnamon, leaves are dancing their way to the ground, and cozy sweaters feel just right. We don’t know about you, but fall is our favorite season. We want to hear all the little things you do to enjoy the fall. 🍂
Do you have a favorite pumpkin patch you visit every year?
What are your favorite fall things to do around Clarksville?
Maybe it’s:
stomping through leaves with your kids or fur babies,
picking the perfect pumpkin,
sipping hot cider at a local café,
catching a football game under crisp air,
visiting a market filled with gourds, apples, and mums,
or stumbling across a small local festival.
Drop your fall traditions, favorite spots, event recs — whatever makes you feel like autumn is here. We want to build a community thread of all the things that make this season special.
✨ Local businesses, we see you too! ✨ If you’re hosting fall events like a festival, pumpkin picking, craft fairs, spooky trails or something else fun, you can list those for free on our website. That way, folks across Clarksville can find you and support your events. And everyone, from families to friends looking for something fun, you’ll know exactly where to look.
Let’s make this fall the coziest, most community-filled one yet. Who’s in? 🍁👇

Clarksville has so many LOCAL options for your everyday needs, even when it comes to prescriptions. 💊✨
The Medicine Shoppe on Madison Street is one example. It’s been locally owned by Katrina Sykes for 10 years, and their team, Connie, Mark, Brenna, Ivy, and Chloe, is known for being friendly and helpful to customers who come through their doors.
They work with most insurance companies, offer a convenient drive-through, and even carry a selection of locally made gifts inside.
It is always encouraging to see LOCAL businesses providing personal service and keeping our community strong. Let them know LOCAL said hi! 🧡

You may already know Manifest Magic Black Girl Cooperative and the incredible impact they have had in our community. Now, founder Juanita Charles and partners Kprience London, Latonya Roberts, and LaWanda Murray have taken their vision a step further by investing in a new locally owned franchise restaurant right here in Clarksville, Eggs Up Grill - Clarksville on Tiny Town Road.
We had the pleasure of meeting LaWanda, who manages the restaurant, and she shared the heart behind this decision. While exploring investment opportunities, they noticed a shortage of full-menu breakfast and lunch spots on their side of town. After careful consideration, they knew Eggs Up Grill was the right fit.
The menu offers something for everyone including fresh, made-to-order breakfast classics, sandwiches, salads, burgers, kids’ meals, desserts, and more. They also provide catering, making it easy to bring their fresh flavors to your next event. The sunny and welcoming atmosphere, including an outdoor dining area soon to be shaded, makes it a perfect spot for family meals, after-church brunch, or a Monday breakfast since they are open seven days a week.
With this new adventure, these four women, two of whom are veterans, remain committed to giving back to the community by supporting nonprofits and local schools. Their dedication shines through in every detail, from the food on the table to the impact they continue to make in Clarksville.

Where support for LOCAL business and the Clarksville community comes together!
Our mission is to support local businesses, create a supportive network and provide resources for buyers, sellers and the Clarksville community. We are here to empower local owners, help the community know a little more about LOCAL businesses and most of all have fun while doing it. We love shares, likes and comments. We encourage you to go out & meet our LOCAL owners & staff. Converse, engage & connect!!
We’re LOCAL gals are just a group of local business owners; moms, who work, enjoy life, have lives & careers that cause us to be out and about in the community. We thought how great it would be to give back while we're out there doing our thing. We aim to keep it positive, light, encouraging and most importantly, FUN!
Not all of us have great experiences at places we visit. That's a given in life. Your experience may vary from ours and we acknowledge that. If yours was awful or completely different, while we see that is unfortunate, that is something we suggest for a manager/owner at the establishment. All of us are all made up of all sorts of experiences, things and opinions. We are all different. We can be all be different here, but it can still work! If we have a terrible experience somewhere, rather than voice that here, we would probably just let it ride. No cool video. No fun check-in. No awesome pictures. No celebration of our experience. We're not trying to bait and switch here. We're just trying to eat, shop, support, interact & bring people together! And what we post are OUR experiences. So that brings us to this...let's set out some ground rules so we all know how to play.
1.) Let's be nice to each other. :) It's the only way this whole thing is going to work. And it's a basic skill we learned way back in elementary school. So we like the mantra Be Kind whenever possible. And we think it's most always possible.

We reserve the right to remove comments & images that we deem counterproductive to our mission as a whole. But we don't want to so please refer back to rules 1 & 2. :) And that's it.
Enjoy. Live Love Buy Clarksville. The heart of our city!
