Dearest ETE patrons and friends,
The entire ETE team has had so much fun bringing magic to Michigan in the past 2 years, and we know we have you all to thank for your constant interest and support. Unfortunately, all good tales must draw to a close, and it is time for us to write up the last chapter of our Enchanted Tales.
As of Wednesday, August 27th, Enchanted Tales Entertainment will no longer accept any party bookings.
Business has been nothing but thriving, and again, we thank you all for that. However, this was a project once started for fun, and while I am so grateful to call my business successful, other goals and dreams have come into focus, and I have decided to finish up this chapter in my life to start a new one.
That being said, you have until the 27th to book us for your party! We are still committed to all events we have booked through the next year and will honor any made by August 27th. That also means that deposits, no matter when the party is scheduled for, must be paid by August 27th. We will book parties until December 30th, 2014. My sincerest apologies to those families who were waiting to book a character for any event after that time!
Never fret--Enchanted Tales Entertainment will not be dissolved completely. We still have a few public events booked throughout the year and may continue to do so until fall of 2015. So please stay tuned to any updates of such events! We are also hoping to continue to bring magic to any charity events, so please let us know of any charitable events that could use a princess (or a few)!
Huge thank yous go out to so many making this company thrive. Thank you to our Fairy Godmother, Elizabeth Becker, for setting our company above the rest with one-of-a-kind, beautifully crafted costumes. Thank you to Pete Becker for the wisdom and occasional necessary kick in the pants to keep my business organized. Thank you to Kiera Becker for always being willing to assist us in special events. Thank you to Julie Semones for funding and creating our beautiful website and providing us with gorgeous pictures. Thank you to Roxanne Davies (http://roxannenicolephotography.zenfolio.com) and Meaghan Allor (www.facebook.com/pages/Josh-Allor-Photography) for your talents in our professional character photographs, and to all the parents who have shared your beautiful pictures with us! Thank you to Buddy VanLoon for styling our gorgeous Mermaid Princess wig and for the help and inspiration in others. Thank you to ALL of my performers for using your talents and love generously and skillfully to entertain and inspire, but also for becoming some of my closest friends (insert jokes here about paying you to be my friends). Special thanks to Alexa Moffo for doing all that AND keeping me sane as the best Personal Assistant for Life. Thank you to John Forlini for hosting ETE in several events and amping up our client reach. Thank you to Kim Burean and the Auburn Hills Public Library for giving ETE a starting point. And while we are NOT a Disney company nor do we use Disney characters, thank you to Disney World Creative Casting for never seeing in me what kids now see all the time so that I could find the inspiration to start this company to begin with. And again, thank YOU for hiring us, cheering us on, supporting us, advertising us, and being entertained by us! We couldn't have done any of it without you!
We of course never want to leave anyone without magic, so if you are out of our time range but still want a princess, I personally recommend you look into The Enchanted Princess Party (www.The-Enchanted-Princess-Party.com) and Fairytale Entertainment (www.fairytaleyourparty.com) for quality character experiences.
Enchanted Tales Entertainment has been a wonderful adventure and we will walk away with many wonderful memories, as I hope many of you have. I am very excited for my coming adventures, but will hold these memories in my heart forever. Thank you for everything, and we hope to see many of you at our last events throughout the year!
Please feel free to comment here with your favorite memories of meeting Enchanted Tales Entertainment characters!
Best wishes,
Kryssy Becker
