I had been fighting with my iron saturation for a while now. It hadn’t been normal in over a year. It got to the point where the doctor insisted that I get back on iron pills 💊

I was like hold up here✋🏾

God gave me the wisdom to put Biblical medicine to use

That’s when I decided to go back to the “lab” 🌿 and work on something that catered to not only my hemoglobin but also saturation. I was making the iron. My body just wasn’t using it how it should.

I can’t tell you for sure that my formulation helped with my iron saturation. I can tell you that when I took it consistently for about 3 months, there was a difference. The difference is pictured below.

I didn’t create Siponda Sacred Wellness because wellness was trendy. I created it because I was tired of feeling awful all the time.

Healing has looked a lot less glamorous than social media makes it seem. Sometimes it looks like slowing down, learning your body, protecting your peace, and being more intentional about what you pour into yourself.

I’ll probably follow up with the Parasitic Detox because the detoxes weren’t meant to be taken at the same time. Not suggested to used if you have unexplained abdominal pain 💥

Too much of a good thing is not always good. Don’t use it for more than 2 consecutive weeks, or your body will get reliant on it 🤷🏾‍♀️
