Today marks 100 lbs lost from 350 to 250 since October 2022...It wasn't easy but PERSISTENCE AND DETERMINATION made it possible. Intermittent Fasting and one meal a day regime is working for me. No white in my diet which includes Complex carbohydrates and sugar. Now back to work.

I am deeply saddened to announce that my wife’s father passed away due to a cardiac arrest on our flight to the US. We made an emergency landing in Winnepeg, Canada, yesterday. We will be taking some more time off to handle the funeral arrangements and personal matters. Thank you for your understanding and support.
