Workout season is in full effect! A few of the girls met up with Mrs. Ashley Gilbert today to help with some prep work. Ashley is working on her personal trainer certification and will be creating workouts specifically for the girls. Our girls will be putting in lots of work this winter in order to be ready to step out on the field strong and prepared for the spring season!💪🏼

Today we wrapped up our year and celebrated Christmas together. This group is a special group of girls and families who work hard, play hard and love even harder. That’s a wrap on our fall season and 2025 year!

This year has seen lots of changes…we started the year with a new team name but always one goal in mind—growth. As we close out the year, our roster may have seen changes, we may have had bad days, but the heart of this team never wavered. The bond these girls share—built on friendship, grit, and countless moments together—has only grown stronger. We’re grateful for coaches who believe in them, challenge them, and bring out their best, and for families who show up with unwavering support. Here’s to a year of growth, resilience, and unforgettable memories… and to an even brighter season ahead. Let’s go, Lightning!
