We are beyond proud to announce that Mila has been named a recipient of the 2026 LLG President’s Award! 🏆

The President’s Award is presented to the player who best embodies the values of LLG—Integrity, Loyalty, Enthusiasm, Alliance, and Passion.

With more than 450 players in our organization, only TWO players are chosen for this award.

Mila is one of those two.

This award represents so much more than what she does on the field. It reflects the way she carries herself, the way she treats her teammates, the effort she gives, and the example she sets every day. She represents what it means to truly live out the ILEAP values.

Mila, we couldn’t be more proud of you! Congratulations on this incredible honor—you have earned it! We’re bringing your award home for you!❤️

We’re proud to announce our 2026 LLG Summit DAWG Award recipient, Allison.

Having that DAWG in you is about grit, determination, toughness, work ethic, and the mindset to never stop pushing yourself—and Allison continues to show all of it.

She’s the kind of player who leads by example. She puts in the work, embraces the challenges, and continues to grow both as a player and as a teammate. Her progress is a reflection of the effort she puts in when nobody is watching, and the standard she sets for those around her.

We’re incredibly proud of the player and leader she’s becoming. Keep working, keep pushing, and keep setting the standard, Allison, you’ve definitely got that DAWG in you!

Help us send lots of thoughts, prayers and love to our #10, Mila, as she undergoes surgery on Thursday for a hip injury. She’s been out for a bit and will continue to be out for a while as she heals and recovers. Tonight, we got to send her off with some goodies that all the girls collected for her. We are missing you and can’t wait until you’re back on that field with us where you belong. We love you, Mila!❤️
