We made it to Session 4 and this one might be the most important one yet. 💪🏾

Liana K. closes out the I Am My Brother's Keeper All Men Series on Saturday, August 8th from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM with a session that goes straight to the heart. Cornelius Kirk is stepping in to lead a conversation titled "Who Will Hear Me If I Cry?" and I need every Black man reading this to show up for it.

Are Black men allowed to cry? Are they allowed to be afraid? Who gets to hold them? Who tells them they are worthy?

These questions matter. These questions deserve real answers. And this is the space where that can happen.

I am proud to have been a part of this series and I am grateful to Liana K. for creating something this powerful for our community. Do not let this last session pass you by.

Session 3 is one I have been looking forward to. 💪🏾

Liana K. and the I Am My Brother's Keeper All Men Series are back on Saturday, August 1st from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, featuring Coach Fred and Nasaif for a session titled "All Eyes on Me: Hypervisibility and Surveillance."

This one gets into something Black men deal with every single day but rarely get to talk about openly:

🔹 Police interactions
🔹 Workplace stereotypes
🔹 Being seen as the "problem" before being seen as a person
🔹 The constant stress of always being on defense

This is real, this is necessary, and this is the kind of space Liana K. has been building from day one. I am proud to support it and I hope to see a full room on August 1st.

"Beneath the Armour: What Black Men Are Carrying" is going to go deep. We are talking about the real weight that so many Black men carry every single day:

🔹 Emotional suppression
🔹 Generational trauma
🔹 Survival mode
🔹 Internalized racism

This is the kind of conversation that changes lives. I am proud to be connected to this series and I hope every Black man in the area finds his way to that room.

This is something I can genuinely get behind. 💪🏾

My girl Liana K. is doing something truly special with the I Am My Brother's Keeper All Men Series, and I am beyond honored to be a part of it. She is creating a safe space for Black men to come together, be heard, and have the real conversations that matter. That is something I fully and wholeheartedly support.

It kicks off on Saturday, July 11th from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at PAK Accounting, 1002 Vandora Springs Rd, Suite 113, Garner, NC 27529.

This is a 4-part series and trust me, you do NOT want to miss it. Food and beverages will be provided, and if you complete all four sessions, you'll even walk away with a free haircut!

Family… I’m not even going to lie, this one took me about a week to process.

Last Friday, my beautiful 13-year-old daughter went to her 8th grade formal… and when I tell you she looked absolutely amazing, I mean that from my heart. 💙

But I’m going to be real with y’all… seeing her step into this new stage of life hit me a little different. That’s still my baby. And watching her grow up right before my eyes… it’s a blessing, but it’s also something I’m still learning to process.

She went with a young man who was very kind, well spoken, and respectful. And as a father, that matters to me more than anything. But if I’m honest… it’s still not easy. Truth be told, I’m still processing.

To all the fathers out there… how was y’all experience when you first went through this?

Anyway… here’s some pictures. Y’all check them out. I’m proud of my daughter. Always have been, always will be.
