Always interesting to hear the state of the market, and definitely reflects what we are seeing on the ground. Peoples’ sentiment seems to be that the market is “bad”, but I would maintain that it totally depends on what your goals are. 🎯

This is not what you want to hear about our beloved community! US 19 scares me every time I'm on it! Per the news report, 94% of accidents on US 19 are due to "driver error". I implore all drivers to please be careful on the road!

We have even had several tragic accidents in and around East Lake itself, and they are needless accidents! I hope that people are paying attention to the news, and that our East Lake Road will not be widened any further. I would rather be sitting in traffic than have another 19 going right through our little town.

Bottom line - drive like your family is on the road with you. 🩷💙🤍
