A multitude of state and federal officials and legislators, conservation organizations, and stake holders attended an educational tour of the Everglades and the Big Cypress National Preserve hosted by Mike Elfenbein, the Executive Director of the Izaak Walton League of America Cypress Chapter featuring speaker Betty Osceola, activist and member of the Miccosukee Tribe of Indians of Florida, Panther Clan.

Buried in the mountains of video I have of this trip, I finally found it at the tail end of a clip. I thought I had lost it. Thus the reason for the late release Betty Osceola. But hey! The 4th annual Removal of the Swamp Invaders Fishing Tournament presented by the Miccosukee Tribe of Indians of Florida Fish and Wildlife Department was a huge success! Aquatic invasive species are major problem in the Everglades. In some cases, the invasive species have reduced the native species by 99%!!!!
