If you see a little beagle sprinting across the field with pure joy on his face, you have probably met Trooper! 🐶

Trooper keeps his neighborhood friends moving, knows exactly how to request treats, and has even mastered picking his own cherry tomatoes from the garden. 🍅

Teresa says having him around makes the neighborhood feel even more like home, and Trooper seems determined to know everyone in it. 🐾

Just one warning. Keep a hand on your shorts around this playful pup! 😄

For Island Estates resident Carol Kellert, Yosemite National Park never gets old, especially when the experience is shared with good friends. ✨

Even unexpected changes became part of the adventure, from finding The Ahwahnee unavailable for indoor lunch to realizing the gas gauge had other plans before Glacier Point. 🫶

Not every trip goes exactly according to plan, but sometimes those surprises become part of the memories worth sharing. 💫

Vito and Aprile Guarino’s story includes finding love when neither expected it, a Colosseum proposal, an unforgettable backyard wedding, adventures near and far, and a family that has intentionally stayed close. 🫶

From Donna and Angelina living nearby to Gianna returning from adventures around the world, Island Estates remains the family’s home base. Add beloved Golden Retriever Bella, and there is always another reason to gather. 🐾

Paddleboards, wave runners, boats, steel drums, and about 100 neighbors. Now that is an Island Estates summer day! ☀️

Floatapalooza near Bird Island was a huge success, bringing neighbors together on the water with live music from The Salty Mermaid and plenty of island spirit. 🎶

These are the days that remind us just how much fun it is to live where we do. 🌊

Island Estates resident Lori Toenjes has explored South Africa, Australia, Egypt, Europe, Japan, Vietnam, South Korea, China, and beyond. That firsthand experience eventually inspired Smart Trips by Lori. 🌍

Her approach goes beyond booking flights and hotels. Lori learns what travelers value, then helps create experiences tailored to their interests, style, and budget. 💫

And after exploring the world, she still appreciates a Clearwater Beach rooftop sunset close to home. 🌅

Meet Trooper, 15 pounds of beagle personality and neighborhood fun! 🐶

This four-year-old pocket beagle loves racing his dog friends, hunting for hidden treats, enjoying Teresa’s homemade meatballs, and helping himself to cherry tomatoes straight from the garden. 🍅

Trooper’s journey to Teresa Bernot took him from Oklahoma to Dallas, Washington, Pittsburgh, and finally Tampa. 🐾

Now, he has made Island Estates his playground and has made plenty of friends along the way. 🤩
