With a decade of experience photographing our community. I am a mother of 2 daughters, a sister to 6 siblings, and a friend to anyone I meet. I take on all of these roles like my life depends on it beca

use it does. Each of these roles has shaped me into the woman I am today! Photography & editing runs through my veins! I always knew I would be an artist. I always surrounded myself with art in one way or another. My passion for displaying your personal story is what fuels me. From drawing all over the walls of my room, painting, playing guitar to taking photos, art was at the forefront and center of my world. My children pushed me into photography because I truly believe that moments are forgotten. How many freckles there once were, the way your child's hair curls, all of these things will be just a memory without a photo.

This is a hard post but it needs to be said...This rings true even more so now. I spent 8 month in my bed from depression. My girls and those closest to me rarely saw the happy funny mom. My clients didnt hear from me or see me. I had a few good days but most of them were me laying in bed, waking up crying and going to sleep the same way. April was the hardest month for me. I planed my last sister trip, I wrote down names on what I wanted family and friends to have. My world was fading away and all I could think was, this world would keep spinning without me. This is what depression does. I end all of my emails to clients with "im so thankful you are here and the world is a better place because you are here, please reach out to me if you feel differently" there is a reason I end my emails with this. I want to be someone my family, friends and clients can go to. I never want anyone to feel this pain or have to endure it alone. Thankfully Ive been on depression medicine for 3 months now and life is looking up. I know I am late with posting my sessions and im hopeful my clients haven't forgotten anout me. I really need you.
