🔥 Hot sleepers, this one’s for you! 🔥

If you’re like me and can’t stand waking up sweaty, here are my non-negotiables for a great night’s sleep:

1️⃣ Magnesium glycinate – the MVP! (I take 500 mg) Helps me fall asleep and stay asleep.
2️⃣ Bamboo pillow – soft, breathable, and keeps my head cool.
3️⃣ Cooling sheets – because nobody likes tossing and turning.
4️⃣ Lightweight blanket – just enough to feel cozy without overheating.
5️⃣ A good book – currently reading Let Them.
6️⃣ Book light – so I can read without waking my husband.

Dear Friends,

I wanted to take a moment to share some news:
