A gentle reminder this season 🤍🎄
Lately, I’ve felt like I’m being held together with duct tape.

Christmas is right around the corner, and while there are lights everywhere and smiles all around, I know I’m not the only one who feels overwhelmed, exhausted, or quietly struggling. The holidays can magnify everything... grief, stress, complicated family relationships, and the pressure to make everything feel “magical.”

Some days, just putting one foot in front of the other feels like a victory.

If you’re missing someone you love…
If you’re anxious, burned out, or barely holding it together…
If you’re showing up with a smile while your heart feels heavy…

You’re not alone. Truly.

So many people are fighting silent battles this time of year. I wish we talked about that more. Maybe we’d offer more kindness, more compassion, more grace... to others and to ourselves.

When I’m at my lowest, I lean into my faith. I talk to Jesus, and somehow I find the strength to take the next small step. Sometimes that’s all we can do... and sometimes, that’s enough.

If this season feels hard for you, please know you’re seen. You’re not failing. You’re human.

Be gentle with yourself. And if you can, be gentle with others too... you never know what they’re carrying. 🤍

This winter, Experience Jesus. Really. opened my heart in ways I never saw coming. Life gets so loud, but this book gives me a daily moment to meet Jesus in the middle of my messy life.
