Just when we thought it was safe to put the parkas away! 😂

We woke up on Saturday, May 2nd to a snow flake surprise in Cleveland, and my 4-year-old officially has the best summary for this May weather. I laughed at her "expert" analysis at the end—she’s not wrong! We went to the annual goat derby in our winter coats and hats! Hoping for consistent warm weather soon!

I’ll never get sick of this happening in our yard! Sophia and I were in the driveway when the big turkey man decided to show us his feathers.

Watch for the moment he puffs up his feathers—he definitely knew he was on camera! Or just wet and drying off 😁

She has my itinerary all planned! 🤣

My husband Andrew asked our 4 year old Sophia what she thought about my "Moms Only" Disney World trip for a runDisney event, and she handled it like a total professional! She’s already got my whole trip planned (including the “hike” which means the 10K run). And she assumes she’s doing fun stuff with her Dad while I'm gone. As long as I am home before summer, it’s all good. 😆

Instead of being upset, she’s literally telling ME what I’m going to do on my trip! She’s officially the MVP 🙌

The moment of truth is here! I finally sat down to tell her about my "Moms Only" Disney World trip with my friends.

I was prepared for the mom guilt and maybe even some tears, but I was NOT prepared for her response. Her logic is truly hilarious! Of course, she handled the news in the most Sophia way possible! 😆

Help! I’m officially scared to tell my 4-year-old this…😬

How do you explain to a little girl that Mommy is going to see Mickey...and she isn't? The mom guilt is hitting hard today.

I’m going to Disney World without her and I have NO idea how to break the news. Has anyone else done this? How did they take it? Please leave your best advice in the comments!

Sophia’s Greek Easter Masterpiece! 🥕🐰

Is there anything better than a kid being proud of their kitchen creation?

Sophia and I made this adorable bunny tray for Greek Easter yesterday! It’s just ranch dip, cucumbers for ears, cherry tomato nose, pepper whiskers, surrounded by lots of colorful veggies. Simple, cute, and kid-approved! Happy Greek Easter! 🇬🇷🕊️

Andrew is clearly built different because he’s ready to go! Is anyone else brave enough to sit through a game in 33 degree weather? I have on a hat and gloves and winter coat, but whenever the sun comes out it’s pretty nice. 😎
