The Ohio Department of Health Mandates Closing of Massage Therapy Locations

I had already suspended my practice due to the the COVID-19 virus and called or texted most of my clients with upcoming appointments as well as sending out an email to the rest.

Highly recommend guided imagery for these stressful times. Rather than being bombarded with all the news out there, try being gently nudged with images that create space for your mind and body to settle into a healthy state.

I can personally attest to the affects of guided imagery and affirmations, especially the ones from Health Journeys. I have used them myself for over 20 years and in the past with respiratory patients and currently with my massage clients.

Belleruth Naparstek is a wonderful pioneer of guided imagery. Her PTSD meditations are used by the U.S .Military.
