Last night, we went to the Hollow Coves concert at Topaz Farm. Luca Fogale opened the show with a beautiful, inspiring, stirring set of songs. This was our first exposure to Luca's music and we are now fans! As he shared the stories behind each song the audience was visibily moved, and he had everyone in the palm of his hand. The raw, emotional, relatable lyrics were set to either a piano or guitar, and he played both perfectly. I had to do a quick pan of the incredible setting amonth the wildflowers! Hollow Coves played Portland last night among the wildflowers in the beautiful setting of Topaz Farm. The setting was magnificent and the music mix, especially for an outdoor show was perfect.
