Day 7 after my L5–S1 lumbar fusion surgery (ALIF + posterior fusion). They went in through my stomach to remove the herniated disc and put in a titanium cage with bone graft… then flipped me over to place screws and rods in my spine.

Sharing the real healing process for anyone dealing with back pain, nerve pain, or thinking about spine surgery. This was the hardest decision but also the only path forward after years of issues and the accident making everything worse. More updates coming as I recover. 👌
