🧺✨ , fresh starts, and even fresher laundry.

There’s something about a new month that makes me want to reset everything… the house, the routine, and yes, even the laundry. 😅

For the past 2 weeks, I’ve been using Gain Original Flings Laundry Detergent, and one of the biggest things I noticed is how easy it made laundry day feel.

No measuring.
No sticky detergent caps.
No guessing how much detergent to use.

Just toss in a Flings pac, load the washer, and you’re good to go.

And let’s talk about the scent. 💚

Gain says these Flings deliver 50% more of that beloved Gain scent compared to Gain liquid detergent, and honestly, that fresh-laundry smell is what stood out to me most. Clothes, towels, and everyday family laundry came out smelling crisp, clean, and ready for whatever June brings.

Real talk: some people just want clean clothes.

You know the type.

Too sweet. Too loud. Too synthetic.
Like your underarms are hosting a beach party no one asked for. 😅

After testing the Native Tropic Tides Deodorant Stick for the past 2 weeks, this one feels more wearable than expected.

It gives that sunny, beach-inspired freshness without going overboard. The glide feels smooth, the scent feels clean, and it fits easily into a daily routine whether I’m heading to work, running errands, or just trying not to feel stale by mid-day.

Memorial Weekend mode: recharge, reset, repeat! 🌅🌷

Golden hour at Holland State Park felt like life pressing the pause button for a bit. Between travel, work, content, and everyday chaos… this sunset was the reminder we needed.

Unpopular opinion: not every razor should do every job! 👀

I tried the GilletteLabs Body + Intimate Razor, and this felt more purpose-built for body grooming than just grabbing whatever razor was already in the shower. 😅

Things I noticed:

✔ Triple Defense design approach
✔ Flexible head movement around curves
✔ Easy rinse setup for longer hair
✔ Better grip in wet conditions
✔ Magnetic shower holder is oddly satisfying 😂

For guys who deal with irritation, regrowth itch, or just want a more dedicated grooming routine… this might be worth looking at.

Our baby’s second out-of-state trip started with… a rest stop memory 🥹🚗🌷

Hello Michigan!

First stop:
📍 New Buffalo Welcome Center

And honestly? This stop mattered more than we expected.

Because sometimes the trip doesn’t begin at the tulip field.

Not at the hotel.

Not at the sunset.

It starts at the state sign.
The stretch break.
The “we’re finally here” photo.

The little moments become the BIG memories.

Travel tip for families 👇
Don’t rush the welcome centers.

They’re perfect for resetting, grabbing maps, stretching tiny legs, planning stops, and officially entering ✨vacation mode✨
