“Newspapers Are Boring.”

That’s what they all say. As media and technology has grown and expanded, it has continued to damage publishing, as we know it. To me, however, there’s just something about holding ink on printed paper that can’t be replaced. Studies show that when people read printed materials, they retain the information better because it stimulates all of our senses. I mean, let’s face it, our parents can’t cut out clippings from a computer screen to hang on our refrigerator…

With that being said, I’d like to welcome you to the The C**t Chronicle. Every other month, The C**t Chronicle covers current news here at the school, all things athletics, high school and elementary updates, spotlights on students and staff, and our annual Bayou events. We use this newspaper as a way to celebrate student life and the many new changes taking place here at Bayou. Not only do we spread our news to students, faculty, and alumni, we share it throughout Cleveland’s community, as well! Happy reading!
