🎉 AVG is proud to celebrate the completion of the newly reimagined Joseph M. Gallagher Elementary PreK-8 in the Cleveland Metropolitan School District! This transformative project involved stripping the existing walls down to the stud structure and rebuilding it into a modern, enhanced learning environment that will serve CMSD Scholars for years to come.

We would like to thank our successful partnerships with Ohio Facilities Construction Commission, Cleveland Metropolitan School District, and our design-build partners, Greenspace Construction Services. This project was made possible through true collaboration, and we’re honored to have played a part in creating a space that will inspire students, staff, and the broader Cleveland community.

And a special thanks to our consultants, whose expertise helped bring the District’s vision to life.

Progress is moving quickly on the Weight Room and Locker Room Addition at Avon High School! These recent construction snapshots from May highlight the great work being done on-site by Greenspace Construction Services. With summer around the corner, we’re looking ahead to the August 2025 completion of this enhanced athletic facility—designed to support and inspire the next generation of Avon Eagles. We’re excited to see it all come together!

Massillon City Schools East and West PK-3 Elementary Schools are receiving their final touches and remain on track for completion this June. Designed with flexible classrooms and collaborative Extended Learning Areas, these new facilities will support modern learning for the district’s youngest Tigers. 🐯 As we near the finish line, we’re excited to see how these schools will serve students starting in the 2025–2026 school year.

We’re proud to have partnered with CMSD on the renovation of Joseph M. Gallagher Elementary. The renovations of the existing school was designed to support the CMSD Scholars with new, updated spaces that reflect a strong commitment to inclusive, student-centered learning.

We are so excited to see all the ways this facility will support students in to the 2025-26 school year, and beyond.

AVG is proud to partner with Brooklyn City School District on their upcoming facilities improvement project! Thanks to the passage of a $20M Bond Issue in March 2024, these dedicated funds will bring significant upgrades across the district, including:

- High School Science Lab renovations
- Music Wing and Auditorium enhancements
- Special Education Classroom improvements
- Stadium and Main Gym improvements..and more!

🏗️ We’re excited to collaborate with Dunlop & Johnston Inc. as the Construction Manager to bring this vision to life. This transformative project will create modern, high-quality spaces that support students, faculty, and the Brooklyn community for years to come. Stay tuned for updates as the project progresses!

Following the successful bond passage in November 2024, we’re thrilled to start sharing a first look at the EHOVE Career Center campus transformation taking shape.
