Disney Parks Lost & Found for the win❣️🐭🤷🏼‍♀️

During our trip to Disneyland last month, my mom lost her Walt Disney World jacket in one of the parks. 🧥

We filled out an online report with the Lost & Found department, but didn't have much hope of it being returned.

Friends...Look what arrived in the mail the other day! Never give up hope!

Although I enjoyed experiencing Disney California Adventure Park I'm a Disney Parks purist, so park day #4 (our last day) was all about Disneyland ❣️

Highlights:
✅ A Story of Celebration: 70th Anniversary Guided Tour at Disneyland Resort 🎉
✅ Locating Walt's apartment above the fire station on Main Street USA 🚒
✅ "Walt Disney - A Magical Life" attraction 😢
✅ Riding Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage ~ throwing it back to my childhood when 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea was my favorite ride at the Magic Kingdom 🐠🤿
✅ VIP seating for Paint the Night Parade 🎨

Thankful 🙏🏼 to have been able to experience the original vision of Walt Disney and to step into the stories that I have loved for so many years ❤️...the place where all the magic started ... with a mouse! 🐭

Park day #3 was not without a few mishaps 🥴 but was still a great day❣️

A few highlights:

✅ Incredicoaster 1000/10 do NOT recommend if you are the least bit prone to motion sickness 🤢 (ask me how I know) 😂 Still a great ride!
✅ Meeting cast members including a friend of Elsa ❄️
✅ Seeing the actual bench Walt sat on while dreaming of plans for Disneyland 😭
✅ Dinner at Carnation Cafe ~ said to be Walt's favorite restaurant at Disneyland Resort
✅ Fantasmic & Fireworks 🎇
✅ Pirates 🦜 of the Caribbean at Disneyland > Pirates at Walt Disney World
✅ Ice cream on Main Street USA 🍦

One more park day to go... soaking up ALL of the Disneyland magic I can...😍🐭🏰

Park day #2 was spent at Disney California Adventure Park (which is literally across the courtyard from Disneyland)❣️🐭🏰

I would describe this park as a cross between Hollywood Studios 🎥 and Cedar Point (for all my Ohio friends). 😜 🎢

A few highlights:
✅ Radiator Springs Racers ~ quite possibly the cutest ride in all of the Disney Parks 🚗 🚨
✅ Pixar Pier 🎡
✅ World of Color 💦 nighttime water show
✅ Banana Split Churros 🍌

I was disappointed that the Incredicoaster 🎢 was temporarily closed for the entire day as we were able to secure a Lightning Lane for it, but I'm hopeful we will get the chance to ride it sometime this week before we leave. ⚡😢

Overall, another core memory day. ❤️🧡💛💚

P.S. - The rumors ARE true ~ Disneyland churros > Walt Disney World churros 💯 😋

Oh Disneyland, you are MAGICAL❣️🐭🏰

Park day #1 was filled with family 👩‍❤️‍👨, food 🥔🍗☕, new attractions 🎢, characters 🧚🏼‍♀️🧜🏼‍♀️, and fun! 🌈

I've noted a few differences between Disneyland and Walt Disney World so far - IMO, Disneyland has a more intimate, nostalgic feel, better food 😋 and more spontaneous character interactions than WDW.

A few highlights:
✅ Sleeping Beauty Castle 🏰
✅ Indiana Jones & the Temple of Peril
✅ Meeting Carl from UP 😭🍇🎈
✅ Paint the Night Parade 🎨
✅ W.E.D. Chili Cheese Baked Potato from the Troubadour Tavern
✅ Mr. Toad's Wild Ride
✅ Mickey's Toontown ❤️

Although much smaller, I was still able to walk over 20,000 steps yesterday! 😂

Core memory day for sure. 🤩☺️🥳

Off to Disney California Adventure today! 🐭🏰

Friends, I'm so excited that I was able to score the Adrenaline GTS 24 from the first ever Brooks Running x runDisney® Collection❣️👟🏃🏼‍♀️

This limited edition collaboration sold out in minutes and was briefly restocked once...selling out again in record time! 🤯

I've never owned an expensive pair of tennis shoes before so I was hesitant to splurge on this purchase 🫣 BUT I couldn't pass them up. They are absolutely adorable, aren't they?

Was anybody else able to score a pair? They had four different designs to choose from. 🥰👟 I can't wait to walk miles and miles through the Disney Parks in these beauties!
