We’re proud to share our latest work with the Drug Enforcement Agency: Faces of Fentanyl, an interactive, touchscreen kiosk on display at the DEA headquarters in Washington, D.C. This powerful digital memorial allows users to search a growing database of lives lost to fentanyl. Families can add loved ones to the program, ensuring every story is preserved, and a QR code links to an online version. Featured on 60 Minutes, the project also includes a tribute to the legendary musician lost to a fentanyl overdose, Prince.

Creating a user-friendly and respectful program to display loved
ones' names and photos from around the country required a complex system of security and passwording, ensuring the safety of everyone’s data, from submission point to government review, to public display. As our UI/UX designer Brendan Firem noted, a quote by Steve Jobs captured the design challenge perfectly: “It takes a lot of hard work to make something simple.”

Last month, the Impact team met at our headquarters in Cleveland for our annual State of the Company meeting. We had an insightful few days together, strategizing future organizational changes, adopting new AI policies, and collaborating on internal initiatives. And, after all that, we made time for some FUN at the third annual Summer Meltdown! Thanks to for hosting us. Here's to the back half of 2025!

Usually, when people retire, they tend to slow down, take it easy, and take their foot off the gas pedal. But our founder, Bob MacDonald, is doing just the opposite...pedal to the metal, full throttle! Just this past weekend, he took to the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course in Lexington, Ohio to shred some rubber in his '99 Miata. This isn't new – he's been racing for over 35 years.
