At 6:45 am, a local news station reported that Walmart had pulled certain packages of its Marketside lettuce from its shelves. This came after the FDA said the lettuce produced by Taylor Farms tested positive for Cyclospora. An hour later, NBC and other media outlets revealed that a "re-review" of the test showed that the lettuce produced a false positive. Expect a lawsuit of some sort from Walmart or Taylor Farms?
