For some, it’s sweet and celebratory.
For others, it’s grief, disappointment, or complicated history.

Some are missing moms they’ve lost.
Some are grieving the motherhood they never got to have.

Many of us live in fear of confronting what we avoid, believing it might destroy us.

But here’s the hard truth I learned: avoiding fears only weakens us.

The real question isn’t whether we will survive facing our fears, but how much we are missing by letting these fears dictate our lives.

I’ve been there, paralyzed by the thought that facing my darkest fears would break me.

BUT WHEN I FINALLY CONFRONTED THEM, NOT ONLY DID I SURVIVE, BUT I ALSO DISCOVERED A STRENGTH AND RESILIENCE WITHIN MYSELF THAT WAS FAR GREATER THAN ANY FEAR.

Facing our fears is not a sign of impending doom but a step toward true transformation.

IT’S TOUGH, YES.

It can feel like you’re about to break, but what actually breaks is the hold fear has over you.

What you find on the other side is not just survival but growth, strength, and a level of emotional healing you can’t achieve by playing it safe.

Here’s the deal: We all have more resilience than we give ourselves credit for. The myth that you can’t handle your fears is just that—a myth.

It’s time to confront what scares you, not to prove you can survive, but to show how you can thrive beyond it.
