Hiring a wedding content creator with a team? Here are a few questions I’d ask before booking.
Having a team isn’t automatically a red flag, but you should know who is actually showing up, how they’ve been trained, and whether they’re prepared to work a wedding.
Wedding content creation is about so much more than knowing how to use a phone. Your creator should understand wedding etiquette, know how to dress appropriately, work well alongside your photographer and videographer, and know how to get the shot without becoming another vendor your photo or video team has to manage.
And if a company is outsourcing your wedding to another creator who has their own business, I think it’s completely fair to ask questions about how that works and what standards that creator is expected to meet.
You’re hiring a company based on the experience and quality you see online. Make sure the person actually showing up can deliver that same experience.
Save this for when you’re researching your wedding content creator.
