Through our partnership with Kiva, we’ve had the honor of supporting 179 women entrepreneurs across the globe with access to capital.

That number represents more than loans approved. It represents women who were trusted. Women who were given a chance to build, grow, and sustain businesses that support their families and communities.

Women who, in many cases, were overlooked by traditional financial systems but not overlooked here.

Access to capital changes everything. It increases confidence. It creates economic stability. It unlocks opportunity. And when women are resourced, the ripple effect is undeniable — households are strengthened, communities are uplifted, and future generations benefit.

We are proud to be part of a model that proves what’s possible when capital is paired with belief, dignity, and access. This is what economic empowerment looks like in action.

And we’re just getting started.

One of the biggest myths in business is that hard work automatically leads to opportunity.

It doesn’t.

Opportunity follows qualification, not effort.

Certification is what qualifies your business for access to funding, contracts, and partnerships that are already allocated — but restricted.

If your business isn’t certified, those opportunities don’t disappear.
They just go to someone else.

This is why certification isn’t optional for businesses that want to grow beyond hustle.

It’s the gate.

$300,000 Contract. Blocked.
One of the women in my accelerator cohort shared something a couple weeks back that stopped me in my tracks.

She has a cleaning business. Solid. Profitable. Doing the work.

And there’s a $300,000 contract opportunity available to her right now.

The problem?

She’s not certified.
She doesn’t have access to capital.

And because of that, the opportunity is at risk of passing her by.

This is what most people don’t talk about.

It’s not that businesses aren’t working hard enough.
It’s that they’re structurally blocked from funding, contracts, and serious partnerships.

Certification isn’t a ā€œnice to have.ā€
It’s the gate.

And every month you delay, opportunities don’t wait—they move on.

If this sounds uncomfortably familiar, that’s not by accident.

It means it’s time to remove the block.

I’m opening a few Certification Fast-Track spots for founders who are tired of watching opportunities pass them by. Comment ā€œCERTIFYā€ if you need to address this now.

It’s Official… I Graduated Today! šŸ™ŒšŸ¾šŸŽ‰
Today felt like a full-circle moment. The kind you don’t walk across a stage for, but you feel it in your spirit just the same.

After six months of late nights, deep dives, strategy work, reflection, and growth, I officially completed the HER Impact Accelerator Program. And even though the graduation was virtual, trust… my smile was big enough to light up a whole auditorium.

This accelerator stretched me in all the right ways. It pushed me to refine my vision, strengthen my leadership, and elevate how I show up as a founder. There were days when the workload felt heavy and life was doing what life does but I stayed committed, and today that commitment paid off.

I’m overflowing with gratitude for New Majority Ventures and the Ford Foundation for creating a space where women like me can learn, build, and rise. Their investment in our dreams is powerful, and today I turned in all of my paperwork to receive my grant… which makes this celebration even sweeter.

So today, I’m not just celebrating completion, I’m celebrating transformation.
The growth.
The clarity.
The next chapter that’s already unfolding.

Six months in the accelerator, and now I’m stepping forward with new momentum and a heart full of thanks.

The journey continues, and the best part? I’m just getting started. šŸŽ“āœØ

Small Business Saturday hits a little different when you’re a founder who has lived every chapter of the journey — the grit, the faith, the long nights, the reinvention, the setbacks, and the small wins that feel like miracles.

Small businesses aren’t just businesses.
They’re dreams in motion.
They’re families supported.
They’re communities held together by people who care deeply enough to build something meaningful — even when the world feels uncertain.

Entrepreneurs carry an unbelievable amount on their shoulders. We create jobs, solve problems, keep going when funding is tight, and show up even when it feels like we’re building the plane and flying it at the same time. And yet… we continue to rise.

Today is about honoring that spirit.

It’s about celebrating every founder who kept going.
Every creator who believed in their idea.
Every service provider who turned passion into purpose.
Every woman-owned, minority-owned, veteran-owned, and small business that dared to build something bigger than themselves.

And with everything happening in our economy, where we spend our money matters more than ever. This holiday season, I’m challenging all of us to be intentional.
Support a small business.
Recommend one.
Share their posts.
Leave a review.
Choose purpose over convenience and impact over indifference.

Because when you support a small business, you don’t just make a purchase —
you sow into someone’s legacy.

And to my fellow founders reading this:
You are seen.
You are valued.
You are needed.
The world is better because you decided to build.

In honor of Small Business Saturday, I’m sharing several powerful resources to help entrepreneurs get funding, strengthen their operations, streamline their story, and position themselves to win greater opportunities in 2026.

šŸ‘‰ Look in the comments for your special offers.

Happy Small Business Saturday. šŸ’›

āļø Black Friday Exclusive — Your Story Could Be the Reason You Win the Grant.

There’s one thing that separates the ā€œWe regret to inform youā€¦ā€ emails from the Congratulations, you’ve been funded! messages....your story.

Most entrepreneurs struggle to tell the story that funders actually connect with…
Not because they’re not doing powerful work, but because no one ever taught them how to communicate it in a way that moves decision-makers.

So I created something to fix that.

✨ The Mini-Storytelling PowerPack
A must-have bundle that shows you how to:
šŸ”¹ Pull out the parts of your story funders care about
šŸ”¹ Position your mission with clarity and confidence
šŸ”¹ Turn your experiences into fundable narratives
šŸ”¹ Communicate impact in a way that makes reviewers PAY ATTENTION

And here’s the part you’ll love…

šŸ”„ BLACK FRIDAY ONLY: Grab it at the lowest price it will ever be.

If you’ve ever felt stuck staring at a blank screen… rewriting the same answers… or wondering why your story isn’t landing — this PowerPack is your shortcut.

Your story is already powerful.
This is how you tell it in a way that gets funded.
