So, with Suzanne and I trying to adopt, we've been doing a lot of self-evaluation and budgeting. When we started thinking about the expense of our photo studio, it doesn't make a ton of sense for us right now. I was trying to supplement with some recording work here and there to help the studio pay for itself, but one of the things I've had to come to terms with is that there just isn't any need in Cleveland for yet another recording studio. It started as a personal project, and a way to use a photo studio that wasn't being used all the time, as well as a way to finish several Herzog records that have been in the works for quite some time. While I've done some work here that I'm very proud of, It has gotten to the point where it is just a (very very nice) practice space for me and my bands that is a financial drain on me personally. So I've found myself open to the idea of letting it go. It's a tough decision, because this is something I deeply enjoy doing. I don't enjoy self-promotion though, which is a job requirement for something like this. I'm sure some of you had no idea I was even trying to do this, so that's the proof.

I guess what I'm saying is, if you want to record with me, now's the time, and if not, I'm probably closing up shop here around December. I'd love to keep the doors open, but I have to face facts. Thanks to Mike Uva, Michael Baranick, Nick Tolar, John Panza and Lauren Hilary Clune for allowing me to work on your projects here. It was truly a pleasure.
