Nest with me series 🧺 Part 1: starting to deep clean where the newborn baby will be sleeping — my bedroom. I don’t want my room to feel dusty or dirty so a deep clean is more necessary than having the perfect nursery before our baby arrives! Back to school prep: cleaning out the closets before we do our school outfits shopping 👚👖👗🛒🩷

Getting the kids ready for school mornings can take a long time when you don’t know what or have anything to wear. So, I needed to clean out lots of clothing that’s doesn’t fit anymore. Now I know exactly what to shop for when buying new outfits for school… and getting them ready in the mornings should be a breeze! 💕

Come back to school shopping with us! ✏️📚✂️📓 here’s what we got for my daughter in 3rd grade this school year and how much we spent on school supplies.

She’s reusing the same book bag & lunch box from Pottery Barn Kids from last year because it’s still in great condition and we will be buying her school outfits next! 🩷

The negatives before the positive ❤️
we had planned to have a summer baby because both of our girls already have winter-cold birthdays.

The time window we had planned kept closing so we thought about pausing and maybe trying the next year or at least skipping the month that we finally got pregnant because the due date would land on my daughter’s birthday! After this roller coaster of emotions, I was honestly considering stopping at 2 but God had another plan for us ❤️‍🩹
