I am completely discouraged by the lack of responsibility to deliver packages in a timely manor as I have witnessed from the United States Postal Service (USPS). Richmond, Texas is about 80 miles from ECA. Should it take 7 days to go that short of distance in a Priority Status, I would think not. What in the heck are they doing over there? Their handling of a clearly noted FRAGILE package is completely unnecessary with little disregard for the contents of the package. Go ahead and try to file a claim. Impossible! Never again, one lost package and now a damaged and late as hell package is all I need to completely avoid the so called Service.

Alright, I need to clear something up because I think some of y’all thought I was exaggerating…

When I said I eat the pickled quail eggs from Enchanted Creek Acres by the gallon… I meant it. 😂

There are so many good flavors, but the BBQ? Yeah… that one owns me. Tangy, smoky, and somehow I go back for “just one more” about 12 times.

They’ve earned a permanent spot on my “girl dinner” plate — right next to sourdough and whatever else I can piece together between school pickups and bread bakes.

And let’s be real… you dip a spoon, grab an egg, and make sure you get some of that brine with it. That’s the move. Quick protein and gut health doing its thing.

If you want to join the cool kids club, we’ll have jars at the farmers market this Saturday… just don’t judge me when you see me walking around with one—I’m thriving. 😍🤣
