New to car sales? (Or any sales?) My best advice is to find the top performers and hang around them as much as you can. Listen, observe, ask a lot of questions. The low performers? They are much more available to talk to, but you MUST avoid them, they will drag you down.

Cash is king in real estate, not car sales, because of the ease of completing the transaction. Yes, car dealerships profit by arranging financing on behalf of car buyers, but there can also be incentives to finance through captive lenders (the bank of the manufacturer) for car shoppers that make their cash worth less.
