Foodie friends! This breakfast is a whole vibe π₯
Iβve been obsessed with making this and trying out different fruits to make all kinds of flavors. π check out below so you can make this at home too!
DIRECTIONS
π Mash 1/2 a banana with a few raspberries. Add 1 date to the mix and mash together. (Make sure to remove the pit from the date first!)
π Add mashed mixture to a mason jar
π Layer 1/3 of a cup of sprouted gluten free oats - I use
π Next add 2 TB of chia seeds
π To ensure I get my vitamin and supplement needs in, I added 1 scoop of chocolate flavored superfood (optional)
π Splash of maple syrup. I used one from Canada that I got last year in Niagara Falls π»
π₯ Top with 1/2 cup of creamy oat milk + 1/2 cup of coconut milk
π₯ 1 Tb of peanut butter - you can use almond or cashew butter as well
π¦ A few spoonfuls of unsweetened vanilla coconut yogurt
π₯ Mix that baby up and refrigerate overnight βοΈ
π Add your toppings when ready to eat! I added a mix of raspberries, blackberries, a sprinkle of oats, cacao nibs, and sliced almonds
