YOGURT PLATES πŸ’œ they have my whole heart! So yummy and satisfying. This beauty is gluten and dairy free. But what it’s not free from is DELICIOUSNESS πŸ˜‰

What you’ll need -
🍌 1/2 banana
🍦 1/3 cup cashew milk yogurt - I used unsweetened vanilla
🫐 handful of blueberries + 1 Tb goji berries
🍫 1 Tb rice milk chocolate morsels
πŸ’• 3 Turkish figs, sliced
✨ 1 Tb raw almond butter
πŸ’• 1 Tb sliced almonds
✨ dashes of cinnamon
πŸ’•πŸ¦„ & a whole lot of love!

Foodie friends! This breakfast is a whole vibe πŸ”₯
I’ve been obsessed with making this and trying out different fruits to make all kinds of flavors. πŸ˜‹ check out below so you can make this at home too!

DIRECTIONS
🍌 Mash 1/2 a banana with a few raspberries. Add 1 date to the mix and mash together. (Make sure to remove the pit from the date first!)
πŸ’• Add mashed mixture to a mason jar
πŸ’• Layer 1/3 of a cup of sprouted gluten free oats - I use
πŸ’• Next add 2 TB of chia seeds
πŸ’• To ensure I get my vitamin and supplement needs in, I added 1 scoop of chocolate flavored superfood (optional)
🍁 Splash of maple syrup. I used one from Canada that I got last year in Niagara Falls 😻
πŸ₯› Top with 1/2 cup of creamy oat milk + 1/2 cup of coconut milk
πŸ₯œ 1 Tb of peanut butter - you can use almond or cashew butter as well
🍦 A few spoonfuls of unsweetened vanilla coconut yogurt
πŸ”₯ Mix that baby up and refrigerate overnight ❄️
πŸ’• Add your toppings when ready to eat! I added a mix of raspberries, blackberries, a sprinkle of oats, cacao nibs, and sliced almonds

This treat is gluten & dairy free! I was shocked how good this was. I can’t wait to make this again 😍

🍌 1 banana sliced in 1/2
🍦 unsweetened vanilla bean probiotic cashew milk yogurt (love love love!)
πŸ₯œ 1 Tb dark roasted crunchy peanut butter
🍫 melted rice milk dark chocolate morsels

It’s Wellness Wednesday with my Honey Crisp Apple Basil & Mint infused water πŸŽπŸ’›πŸƒ

Honey crisp apples are my favorite, so I had to add them to water to try! After trying, apple infused water with mint and basil is easily one of my favorite combinations. It’ll for sure be a staple in my fridge!
The apples are also a nice snack while I’m drinking the water πŸ˜‰

πŸ’›THE BENEFITSπŸ’š
Apples support respiratory health + inflammation.
Honey crisp apples maintain high levels of antioxidants.
Apples are a great source of potassium and vitamin B6.
Spearmint leaves add great flavor to your water!
Mint can help with balancing hormone levels + is good for digestion.
Basil helps the body detoxify + adds great flavor, too!
I usually eat the fruit and herbs in my water, they’re yummy and refreshing. πŸ’š
