Are Your business sales conversions inconsistent or unpredictable? When I was a new entrepreneur, I would set my sales goals at the beginning of every month like clockwork. But after making the goal posters and doing the declarations, by the end of most months I had missed the goal. To say the least, it started to create a lot of self-doubt within me. But thankfully, I soon realized the cause…. It

was simply a hole in my sales and marketing system. So I created the 90 Day Marketing Mastery Roadmap, a tool that literally plugged all the holes that were causing my company to have inconsistent sales and unpredictable months. It’s my mission in life to rescue hard working entrepreneurs from the island of feast or famine. If you’re tired of blindly following marketing campaigns you aren’t sure are working, don’t have a way to measure if they are working, or how to improve them, or not being aware of how many leads you need to reach your sales goals each month then I have the answer…

Here is an overview of the 90 Day Marketing Mastery Roadmap! And if you want more in depth, step by step training with optional Mentoring Sessions to make sure you get the best values for your money And Accountability to take the action, you can enroll here! Course Plus Mentoring Application Call

Most business owners don’t need more leads. They need Marketing CPR. Here’s how I tripled engagement and booked 10 consults, without ads, gimmicks, or guesswork.

Sounds impossible, right?
But that’s exactly what happened when I stopped obsessing over algorithms… and started focusing on what actually moves people.

Here’s the breakdown:

Step 1: Engagement is everything.
I made a decision: every single comment gets a response.
No ghosting. No “post and pray.”
I treated my feed like a coffee shop, if someone walked in, I welcomed them and started a conversation.

And guess what? The shift was instant. Within 30 days, my engagement had tripled. People who used to scroll past were suddenly leaning in.

Step 2: Content that hits home.
I consistently posted and made the content more conversational yet with strategy so my people saw themselves in my content.
That meant tackling the real pain points my audience whispers about when no one’s watching:

“Cold outreach feels gross.”

“I’m overthinking how to get clients.”

“I want marketing to feel authentic, not forced.”

When I spoke directly to those struggles, something crazy happened…

My content started getting shared in groups, tagged in threads, and passed around without me lifting a finger.

The result?
10 consult calls in 60 days. All warm. All from organic conversations. No ads. No gimmicks. And, I have 2 proposals out for my high ticket copywriting services!

Here’s the truth:
If you’re waiting for the “right time” to go all in on organic reach, you’re already late.

You see, most businesses “Market Organically,”not because they choose to, but because they don’t want to throw away money on ads that don’t convert.

Isn’t it time to give marketing your business the top priority as if your business can’t survive on it’s own?

Because let’s face it, Your business needs Marketing CPR to survive!

Your audience is ready to connect right now. The only question is: will they connect with you… or with someone else who shows up first?

Want me to pull back the curtain on how I did it (so you can shortcut the guesswork)?
Drop CPR in the comments, or send me a dm if you’re in a hurry! I’ll send you the marketing triage report to start the life support until we can talk.

The Strategic SAUCE Framework: Content That Converts

Last week, I asked you to simplify your content for the Friday Focus Challenge. And now it’s time for the big reveal: the exact recipe I use with every client to make marketing clear, compelling, and most importantly, effective.

It’s called the Strategic SAUCE Framework.
Because the right content doesn’t just fill a feed. it needs SAUCE to actually convert.

Here’s what it means:

S – Specific
Content that speaks directly to your audience’s pain points and desires. No vague messages, no “everyone is my client” energy.

A – Actionable
Every piece of content should move people to take a next step; whether that’s booking a call, saving a resource, or even just thinking differently about their problem.

U – Unique
Your voice, your perspective, your differentiator. It’s what makes people choose YOU over the sea of others saying the same thing.

C – Clear
Simple, direct, and easy to understand. If a 10-year-old can’t get it, your prospect won’t either.

E – Emotional
Connection drives conversion. Your content should tap into identity, desires, and feelings, not just facts and features.

When your content has SAUCE, it does three things:

Grabs attention.

Builds trust.

Inspires action.

And when you layer in AI to help brainstorm, refine, or clarify, you can create this kind of content faster, smarter, and without losing your voice.

So here’s your challenge this week:
Audit one of your past posts using SAUCE.
Ask yourself: is it Specific, Actionable, Unique, Clear, and Emotional?
If not, rewrite it with SAUCE.

Want my eyes on it? Comment “SAUCE” and share your post, I’ll give you a quick tip to help make it stronger.

Because at the end of the day, likes and views don’t build your business.
Content with SAUCE does.

Timing is everything.

One of the biggest questions I get is:
“How do I know if I’m ready to use One-to-Many Marketing techniques?”

Most people expect me to hand over a “magic formula.” A list of hacks, tips, and secret shortcuts.

But here’s the truth:
Your success with One-to-Many marketing has less to do with the strategy itself…
…and everything to do with how comfortable you are in the simplest version of selling: the 1:1 conversation.

For me, I knew I was ready when prospecting calls stopped feeling like pressure tests.

I wasn’t attached to the outcome.

I didn’t feel like I had to pitch to justify the conversation.

I genuinely enjoyed them, because my role had shifted from “seller” to “guide.”

And when that shift happened, something else unlocked:
I was no longer measuring each call as good or bad.
I had built the confidence to know that if I could connect and lead one person with ease, I could multiply that same energy to many.

That’s the real readiness test for One-to-Many Marketing.
Not your funnel. Not your ad budget. Not even your email list size.

It’s whether you trust your ability to guide a conversation without the safety net of a pitch.

Some people get there faster. Others take longer. But when you do… scaling your message feels natural, not forced.

Curious if you’re at that point yet?
Drop a comment... I’ll happily share some insight that can help you gauge your own timing.

Marketing Red Flag Report: Blaming the Algorithm? You Might Be Biting the Hand That Feeds You.

Red Flag:
“LinkedIn isn’t showing my content anymore. My views are down. It must be the algorithm.”

What’s really going on:
When your visibility drops, it’s tempting to point fingers, at the platform, the audience, the algorithm. But here’s the uncomfortable truth: platforms reward consistency and relevance, not complaint-driven content.

The algorithm is not out to get you. But it is responding to:
• Content that no longer resonates
• Engagement that feels manufactured
• Messaging that’s self-centered or erratic

This isn’t punishment. It’s data.

The Fix:

Instead of chasing arbitrary metrics (111 posts, 356 comments, 576 reposts…), focus on strategic marketing that actually earns attention:
1. Create with purpose, not panic.
If your content isn’t converting, more of the same won’t fix it. Strategy is more powerful than volume.
2. Give the platform what it wants, without losing your voice.
That means value-forward posts, genuine conversations, and clarity in your niche.
3. Audit, adapt, align.
If something changed, look at your message before blaming the machine.

Make sure you engage with others content to build relationships and increase your own visibility.

The Takeaway:
Biting the hand that feeds you never works. The platform isn’t your enemy, it’s your distribution partner. Complaining about the algorythm feels good but is like shooting yourself in the foot. And like any partner, it needs communication, consistency, and contribution that matters.

Instead of chasing reach, earn relevance. That’s where sustainable visibility**and clients**come from.

Monday Marketing Minute Quiet Leadership Converts

Do you sometimes feel like no one listens unless you are yelling and repeating yourself over and over?

If you aren’t a parent of young children, then today’s tip will be a relief.

Here is today’s Quick Tip:

Consistency does not have to be loud. It has to be aligned.

If your content feels scattered or “off,” ask yourself:
• Is this message rooted in what I believe?
• Does it serve the long game, not just the algorithm?
• Would I still say this if no one liked it?

That alignment is what builds quiet authority.

And quiet authority? It is what converts at scale, without shouting.

Why I Chose the Bonsai Tree For My Business Logo (And What It Has to Do With the Bonsai Truth)

For as long as I can remember, life has been filled with challenges that I could not control.

It’s hard.
It’s unfair.
And sometimes, it feels impossible to fix.

I’ve battled fibromyalgia. I’ve faced seasons of uncertainty where I could not plan the next 20 years, sometimes not even the next 20 days, because nothing felt steady or predictable.
And watching my husband live with heart disease has only amplified that tension.

For years, I wondered why life had to feel like a series of storms. Why couldn’t it be easier? Why couldn’t it be predictable?

One day, in prayer, pouring out my frustration to God, I felt Him give me a picture I’ll never forget.

I saw a bonsai tree.

And then I sensed this question in my spirit:
Would you rather be like a perfect greenhouse flower, beautiful, admired, untouched by hardship, but too fragile to survive outside the shelter?
Or
Would you rather be like the bonsai?

Not grown in a perfect environment. Not spared from the storms. But shaped by the wind. Rooted by the pressure. Resilient enough to thrive on the edge of a cliff where nothing else could grow.

That image changed everything for me.

The bonsai does not just survive.
It thrives.
Shaped by storms. Strengthened by struggle. Anchored by roots that go deep.
And still, so beautiful.

That became my metaphor for life and business.

Because here’s the truth: I was not created to be a greenhouse flower. Neither were you.

We are bonsai.
Shaped by His hand. Strengthened by every season. Rooted in the only shelter that does not move.

And that is why the bonsai tree is at the center of my business logo.

Because the clients I serve? They are not fragile either. They have walked through challenges most people never see. They are building businesses in the middle of caregiving, grief, diagnoses, disappointment, and real life.

And that brings me to the Bonsai Truth.

Every Sunday inside Bonsai Lessons, I share a Bonsai Truth: a short message grounded in marketing, faith, and what it really looks like to keep going when business does not follow a perfect plan.

It is where I talk about building strong roots.
Weathering setbacks.
And growing a client-based business with integrity, strategy, and wisdom that only comes from hard-won experience.

So if you have ever felt like the world expected you to show up as a greenhouse flower, shiny, perfect, and immune to real life, I want to invite you to lean into a different kind of growth.

The Bonsai Truth is this:
You do not need a perfect season to grow a profitable business.
You need truth. Resilience. And a strategy rooted in grace.

Follow along every Sunday.
Because you are not too late. You are not too fragile. And you are not doing this alone.

Let’s grow strong, even on the cliff’s edge.

When was the last time you scrolled LinkedIn and spent an hour watching a “free coaching” live stream?

I remember a client who came to me frustrated.
She’d been going live on LinkedIn every week… sometimes twice a week.

The views were solid. The engagement looked great.
Her network would comment things like, “This was so helpful!” or “You’re so consistent!”

From the outside, she looked busy, successful, and in demand.

But behind the scenes?
She confessed, “Stephanie, I’ve done 12 of these lives and I still don’t have a single new client from them.”

Here’s the truth no one tells you: visibility doesn’t always equal sales.
You can entertain hundreds of people, but if they’re not the right people; or you’re not guiding them to a decision, it won’t move your business forward.

So instead of spending another hour on “free coaching” broadcasts, we shifted her focus.
She started having real conversations with the right prospects, and within weeks, she was booking consults and closing clients.

Marketing that works isn’t about spinning your wheels.
It’s about showing up strategically, in a way that actually grows your business and supports your life.

Friday Focus Challenge: Stop Overcomplicating Your Marketing

Most business owners spend hours creating content that looks polished… but doesn’t actually bring in clients.
The truth? It’s not about doing more. It’s about having the right ingredients in place so your content connects and converts.

One of my clients told me her posts felt like they were “floating in the void.” Once we simplified her approach, she started booking consults consistently — without churning out more content or spending hours tweaking.

Here’s your challenge for today:
Pick ONE post from this week and ask yourself, “If I had to explain this to a 10-year-old, would it still make sense?”
Then simplify it. Make it clear, direct, and human.

That’s your Friday Focus Challenge.

And next week? I’m sharing my SAUCE Framework; the exact recipe I use with every client to simplify content and make it actually convert.

Why “Perfect” Marketing is Killing Your Conversions

You’ve seen it.
That slick, polished marketing copy every brand seems to be posting lately.

It usually goes something like this:
• A headline no one remembers
• A mission statement that could belong to anyone
• Blog titles from a content farm
• A CTA that could live on a juice box

It’s clean.
It’s smooth.
It’s grammatically flawless.

And it’s absolutely beige.

AI is built for the safe middle of the bell curve, not the bold edge where your voice gets noticed.

Safe marketing feels forgettable.
Forgettable marketing gets ignored.
And ignored marketing does not convert.

The real conversions live on the edges where you take a stand, share your perspective, and sound undeniably like you.

Safe means invisible.
Your edge is your advantage.

🛑 Is your “expert” actually just winging it?

I was doing my usual scroll-and-engage when I came across a post from someone who calls themselves a marketing professional.

It was a relatable image—a cluttered desk—and a handful of people engaged because, well, we’ve all been there.

But here’s the problem:
There was no purpose behind the post.
No message, no marketing insight, no call to action.

It didn’t educate.
It didn’t inspire.
It didn’t even hint at what this person does or who they help.

And that’s the danger.
Engagement alone doesn’t mean effective marketing.

If you’re hiring someone to help with your marketing strategy, their content should demonstrate strategy. You should walk away thinking,

“I need this person helping me show up that clearly.”

But this?
It was content for content’s sake.

Thinking of making this the first in a new series: Marketing Buyer Beware! Where I break down what to look for (and what to avoid) when choosing a marketing mentor, strategist, or done-for-you service.

What do you think... would you find that helpful?

Are You Attracting Clients Who Are Ready to Buy?

Today, we’re going to walk through five powerful steps to make sure your marketing isn’t just generating attention; it’s drawing in the clients who are prepared to work with you right now.

Some Marketing Should Come With a Warning Label

You’ve seen the posts.

“Made $100K with one email.”
“Booked out using AI in 24 hours.”
“Zero effort. Endless content.”

Technically? Maybe.
But what they don’t mention is the fine print:

Massive ad spend

A warmed-up, loyal audience

Years of testing, tweaking, and trial runs behind the scenes

When you leave out the full story, you’re not sharing strategy.
You’re selling illusion.

I see the same type of instant success promise with most AI marketing right now.
It’s not that the tool doesn’t work—it’s that it’s being used to copy, shortcut, and mimic instead of to clarify, streamline, and strengthen.

Here’s the truth:
AI won’t fix a messy message or make vague content convert.
But used well? It becomes the most efficient content partner you’ve ever had.

That’s what the AI Content Catalyst Framework was built for.

It’s not about doing less thinking.
It’s about thinking strategically—and teaching AI to follow your lead.

Inside the framework, I show you how to:

Train AI to reflect your actual voice

Repurpose strong content across channels

Create sharper, more strategic messaging—faster

Build a content system that aligns with how you work (and sell)

No gimmicks. No hype. Just tools, prompts, and workflows designed for real business owners who want to grow without losing their voice—or their time.

If you’re done posting just to keep up, and ready to start creating content that converts…
