When I look at him , sometimes he does this - he covers his eyes!

Had a lovely morning of reflection away from home where the talk focused on the idea of the Father’s loving gaze.

I love this idea that when God does something for you, however small, remember to thank him for it. It’s like he’s looking at you and he wants you to return his loving gaze.

Easier said than done, right? I mean I think my own kid shows our tendency to want to shy away from love.

But hey, noticing those small things and being grateful is what it’s all about. Sometimes the small things aren’t really the small things, they’re THE thing.

I am not a big Nike shoe buyer- though I am a runner! I can easily imagine the annoyance of consumers when they went to their good ol shoe shop to buy shoes- only to find Nike decided not to show up there.

Nike took this huge risk by going online only and it turned out to be a huge unforced error!

There are so many lessons and takeaways from this. I'll share my take in upcoming videos. What's your takeaway?

There seems to be a myth 🧞‍♀️ out there that product based businesses need MULTIPLE products to be successful.

This couldn’t be further from the truth. There are soooo many example of single product stores that have really smashed it and are now scaling their shops with ads. 📈 You’ll see some of them featured here - plus coffe_movement plus

While it’s great to get excited about creating your next big product, especially if you’re multi passionate and WANT to do that, don’t lose sight of what keeps the doors open.

You only need one top selling product to be successful. 🥇

This is the hero product concept. 🏆

My team has worked with several successful stores that knew their top product, their audience, and smashed sales by running ads to it.🎉

Do not get confused by ad agencies or influencers or other shops without e-commerce experience.

Focusing on your most popular product and getting more ppl to see it is the KEY 🔑to getting NEW customers. And new customers are the lifeblood for your business. They’re absolutely necessary to keep the doors open and grow your shop.

Nothing gets an entrepreneur going like someone saying your business goals won’t happen !

Surely not by that time!

Surely not that amount of money!

Keep in mind that A MAJORITY of the population are NOT entrepreneurs.

Your friend and family quite literally don’t understand business and entrepreneurship.

I am always a little cautious who I check with because it’s easy for the ups and downs of entrepreneurship to look crazy.

But if it’s your chosen road - or it chose you - don’t feel bad.

Myself and other entrepreneurs get you.
