At Media Services Worldwide, we know that A/V technology is ever-changing. That's why we work with our "Partners for Life" like ✨ Gucci to replace yesterday's systems with today's cutting edge technology. Our skilled technicians recently performed an upgrade at the Simon Malls Gucci at The Galleria shopping center in Houston, TX, by installing a 1.8mm COB (Chip-On-Board) dvLED display. Among the benefits of COB dvLED are superb visual quality, efficient thermal management and sleek, seamless design that complements the boutique experience. The COB dvLED's advanced coating technology also offers better protection and durability in high traffic areas, providing protection against moisture, water, dust, UV rays, and impacts. This ensures high visual performance combined with substantial safety and reliability.

When premium skincare brand Orveda, part of iconic beauty company Coty, wanted its new flagship La Maison Orveda New York Facial Spa to convey the brand’s magnificence through sight and smell, it turned to Media Services Worldwide. We designed and installed an LED video wall featuring mechanical flowers with a unique audio feature that invites clients to “smell my scent” as they walk closer. Media Services Worldwide is also managing the location’s audio and video content throughout the boutique.

Media Services Worldwide, a forward-thinking media technology agency focused on bringing top-tier multimedia experiences to life in luxury retail and entertainment environments. is looking for skilled AV Installation and Service Technicians to join our growing team! If you’re passionate about commercial AV systems, have a strong work ethic, and excel at customer service, we want to hear from you.

🔧 What You’ll Do:
Install, configure, and troubleshoot AV systems (dvLEDs, LCD displays, audio systems, media players, etc.)
Perform on-site and remote support, including diagnostics and repairs
Terminate AV cabling, installing media equipment, perform system activation and configuration
Support customers with top-notch service, both in-person and over the phone/online
Work on varied projects—indoors, outdoors, local and out-of-town

🎯 What You Bring:
2+ years’ experience in the AV industry
Strong understanding of AV tech and cabling
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
Valid driver's license + your own tools
OSHA 30 preferred

💼 Details:
Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8-hour shifts
On-the-road role

Media Services Worldwide is a boutique audiovisual agency. Started in 1986, we are a dedicated team that designs, specifies, installs and supports multimedia environments primarily for luxury retail and hospitality/entertainment public spaces such as cinemas, hotel lobbies, museums and restaurants. For many of our projects we are involved early in the process, developing and designing the amazing visual and audio experiences with the architect, consultants and store development team. We manage projects from start to finish in addition to providing professional services worldwide with 24/7/365 remote support. Our technicians are based in major cities throughout the United States (including Honolulu, HI), Canada and the United Kingdom as well as traveling technicians and strategic partners for special and remote area installations/support. In addition to running video networks globally for some of our clients, we also have a full-service graphic design department to create content or for editing and reformatting content coming from clients or advertising agencies.
