Hey you All, a friend of mine just went through a buyout offer and is really torn.
She’s worried about losing her benefits but also scared she’ll regret it if she says no.
For those here who’ve taken or are considering a buyout — what’s the biggest concern for you?

I didn’t always feel this calm.

There were seasons of pressure, burnout, and wondering if the next move would work out.

But here's what I’ve learned after decades in federal leadership and now coaching others:

✖️ Don’t chase titles that drain you
✔️ Do the work that lets you breathe, then help others do the same
