Your fake answer is.

If your weakness sounds like:
“I care too much”
“I’m a perfectionist”
“I work too hard”

Congrats — you said nothing.

Real growth sounds messy.
Specific.
A little uncomfortable.

I swear interviewers be asking questions like they’re trying to solve a cold case.
“Walk me through a time you showed leadership, conflict resolution, innovation, resilience, AND mind-reading… in 90 seconds.”

Meanwhile I’m just trying to remember my own name.

If interviews feel harder than they should be, it’s usually not your experience — it’s how you’re answering.
