The Roaring Eagle Staff attended their first professional conference on April 1 at USC. We all learned a lot about how we can improve for our readers, and we won some awards! Congratulations to Ryan Sconzo, who received Second Place for Individual Sports Writing, and to Lily Wallace, who received Third Place for Center Spread Design. The staff also received a Merit ranking in the Publication Evaluation. Way to go, Roaring Eagle Staff!!
